Who are Intouch Games?
‘Launched in 2001 originally manufacturing physical slots machines, Intouch Games has now grown to become the biggest independent mobile casino in the UK.
Fresh off the back of winning Digital Business of the Year at the Midlands Tech awards in 2018, their fifth brand, Cashmo Casino, was launched in early 2019.
Other brands under the Intouch Games banner are:
Cashmo was designed to be a fun and straightforward mobile casino where players could enjoy a slick gaming experience from start to finish.
This aim has clearly resonated well with audiences as it was voted Best New Slots Site at the BingoPort Players’ Choice Awards 2020.
And it isn’t just the slot games that are receiving praise either. Their implementation of a state-of-the-art AI system has also been widely commended. Along with a 24/7 customer service team, the AI chatbot helps assist in around 60,000 queries a month. This use of innovation has been recognised in international publications, along with regular high feedback from players about their unrivalled customer service.
As an independent casino, this means that everything is done in-house; from creation and design, to development and promotion. All games are produced at either their UK base in the West Midlands or in their international offices in Romania and Taiwan.
This autonomy allows Intouch Games to focus on providing an exceptional player-centric experience, with no outsider influences. It also means that you won’t find any of their unique games on any other site.
Intouch and improving
Along with wanting to make a positive difference in the online world, the eGaming company also wants to make some real world changes too. Through their Intouch Global Foundation, they aim to give back by supporting a number of charitable projects and organisations both locally and internationally.
The Intouch Global Foundation has helped charities in:
- The Gambia
It’s not just overseas that they aim to improve the lives of others. A number of local charities and projects have benefitted from their support.
Recently, a donation of £500,000 was given to the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust to support caregivers and staff on the frontline. In Worcestershire, they help support Wyre Forest Nightstop; a charity aimed at providing safe, emergency accommodation for homeless young people.
Along with the many more projects that Intouch Games help support, they recently helped fund the construction of the first-ever gambling addiction treatment centre for women. The Gordon Moody Association provides a safe environment for women who have been severely impacted by gambling disorders.
Intouch and in control
As seen with their partnership with the Gordon Moody Association, responsible gambling is taken seriously. This commitment to responsible gambling has been recognised with Intouch Games being awarded the Advanced Level 2 Accreditation by the GamCare Safer Gambling Standard.
This award, which only four UK operators have achieved, was in acknowledgement of their efforts in developing, or adopting, a range of safer gambling measures that go beyond the social responsibility provisions of their gambling licence.
